Berliner Energietage – Kongress Check-in

Solutions for the energy transition in Germany are discussed at the Berliner Energietage congress.

I have developed a customized check-in system for check-in at the entrance and the statistical recording of participant quotas. With the help of QR codes and a smartphone app, participants are registered at the entrance. at the entrance. Name badges are printed automatically using a label printer. This digital approach replaces the time-consuming analog process and frees up both the event room and staff, freeing up valuable resources.

Warehouse automation

My customer, a network of pharmacies and medical supply stores, supplies care facilities, hospitals, homes and hospices with medicines, rehabilitation, medical and orthopaedic technology on a daily basis.

As a key figure in transforming analog processes into digital systems, I collaborated closely with the departments of warehouse logistics, route planning, and other areas. My efforts advanced the standardization and use of a shared data pool, leading to more efficient interdepartmental connections and a significant reduction in the time required for individual tasks. Additionally, the introduction of automated ticket creation greatly reduced paper-based workflows.

My initiatives have made the entire process faster, simpler, and more measurable and controllable. Ensuring user acceptance was particularly important to me, as the new tools should be both welcomed and used efficiently. The implementation of barcode scanners, automated printing of shipping labels, and an intuitive interface that independently recognizes logical connections and minimizes unnecessary user interactions, along with the use of touchscreen displays, have significantly increased employee satisfaction and efficiency.
